Thanks for the comment!

I agree about dual spec, but the drama that ensues when you have a tank or healer spending their dkp or rolling on dps gear...

We had a tree/bear druid going for awhile, but he got immensely frustrated in raids that were both tank and healer heavy. I personally love tank abundance, but most of our druids swing tree/boomkin or bear/cat these days. :) We do have a tree/kitty!

Thanks for the link. ; )

I've always followed the "If you mess up, you get a point. The players online during invites w/ the least amount of points gets priority," method. No sense in bringing those who can't be bothered to learn the game, much less their class before others who've taken the time to become skilled.

As for cutting healers down to 2, ..there's dual-spec. There is no more "Main/Off spec" for me. They BOTH are your main spec, as you don't have to go retrain. Gear them both equally, and spend tokens on the one enjoyed/needed most to obtain set bonuses. There's no sense in a class who will not play a second role in a guild. You have two specs to be flexible, so learn, love, and live them both. Diversity is a good thing.
